Hello and Welcome
My name is Andrea and I am an experienced and accredited counsellor, working in private practice in Oxford.
Most of us experience difficult, painful and confusing times at some stage in our lives. Here counselling can help and support you by providing a safe space where you can explore any difficulties you may be having without judgement and in confidence. It helps to gain insights and greater understanding of what is happening to you and supports you coming to terms with painful and difficult feelings. Increased self-knowledge and self-acceptance give you more possibilities and thus the freedom of choice, so that you can make decisions which lead to a fulfilling life.
I have been working as a counsellor for 15 years and have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues e.g. anxiety/panic, anger management, bereavement, childhood trauma, depression, family and relationship problems, life changes, loss of meaning and purpose, and self-esteem issues. I welcome any type of issue or problem you would like to bring.
I work with individuals, couples, relationships and Employee Assistance Programmes. I am offering face to face and online sessions.
